Abstract:
In order to meet the requirements of the government’s accounting system reform, the top-level design of equipment management system is carried out for the purpose of the integration of industry and finance. The design process adheres to the principle of standardizing data, eliminating information island, and implementing the principle of “release, management, service”. Based on specific business work such as data clearing and equipment asset inventory, the work is carried out with the docking of equipment management system and financial management system as the core. With the adoption of internal control mechanism, formulate business process, integrate budget, procurement, acceptance, reimbursement, inventory, depreciation, disposal and other business links, an inter-system architecture was set up. Through practicing, the system design goals of “process optimization, convenient and efficient, industry and finance integration, dynamic matching” were verified. The effective implementation improved the information construction level of equipment management, and enhanced the integration of equipment business and financial work. At the same time, further improvement measures are proposed to solve the problems such as insufficient run-in between systems and incomplete performance management feedback mechanism.
