Development of Portable Automatic Simulation Experimental Platform Combining Virtual and Reality

  • 摘要: 为解决现有被控对象存在的体积庞大、功能单一、维护量大和灵活性差等问题,设计开发以可编程控制器和工业触摸屏为核心的自动化仿真实验平台。该平台可作为被控对象,与可编程控制器、集散控制系统和工控机等控制装置配合完成各种控制方案的设计和实施。该实验平台具有便携式和虚实结合的特点,体积小、重量轻、使用灵活,不仅可以模拟液罐、加热炉、热水供应等常见被控对象的工作过程,还具有实际仪表的输入输出信号,能够让学生动手完成系统连接,实现对学生全面的工程训练。

     

    Abstract: As the existing controlled objects have shortages such as large size, less function, high maintenance and inflexibility, a portable automatic simulation experimental platform is designed and developed based on Programmable Logic Control (PLC) and industry touchscreen. The platform can be used as the controlled object to complete the design and implementation of control schemes in cooperation with PLC, Distributed Control System and industrial computer. The experimental platform has the characteristics of portability and the combination of virtual and reality. It is small, light and flexibility. It can not only simulate the working process of common controlled objects such as liquid tank, heating furnace and hot water supply, but also have the input and output signals of actual instruments, which can enable students to complete the system connection and realize comprehensive engineering training for students.
