促进“保教一体化”能力养成的学前实验室建设研究

  • 摘要: 国家陆续出台的一系列政策文件对高等学校学前教育师范生“保教一体化”能力提出了更具体的要求。专业实验室作为学前师范生“保教一体化”能力养成的关键平台,紧随国家和社会的需要持续改进至关重要。该文从这些要求入手,明确人才培养目标和学前教育实验室的功能定位,结合当前实验室应用实践进行反思,从优化实验教学体系和改进实验室顶层设计两个层面递进展开,探讨在符合实验室发展阶段和实际情况的基础上,如何构建以促进“保教一体化”能力为核心的学前教育专业实验室。

     

    Abstract: A series of policy documents issued by the state have put forward more specific requirements for the integration ability of preschool education and normal students in colleges and universities. As a key platform for preschool normal students to develop their ability of integration of health care and education, it is very important for professional laboratories to follow the needs of the state and Society for continuous improvement. The article starts with policy documents, clarifies the personnel training objectives and the corresponding laboratory function positioning, combines the current laboratory application practice and reflection, and proceeds from the optimization of the experimental teaching system and the improvement of the top-level design of the laboratory. On the basis of the development stage and actual situation of the laboratory, discussing how to build a professional laboratory for preschool education with promoting the ability of integration of health care and education as the core.
