Abstract:
In order to improve the comprehensive experimental teaching effect of polymer materials major and to enhance the experimental design and comprehensiveness, a research-oriented comprehensive experiment “preparation and properties of long-chain branched polypropylene” was explored in the comprehensive experiment of polymer materials. Reactive processing was introduced into comprehensive experiment. Through the comprehensive setting of multidisciplinary knowledge, the theoretical knowledge and practice are organically integrated, so as to achieve the teaching purpose of building comprehensive knowledge framework for students and improving students’ ability to solve practical engineering problems. This project covers a wide range of knowledge, including polymer chemistry, polymer processing, and molecular chain structure, aggregation structure and properties in polymer physics. The strong designability and comprehensiveness of the experiment makes the learning more difficult, deepens students’ understanding of the multi-level structure of polymer and the relationship between structure and performance. The introduction of cutting-edge scientific research stimulates students’ learning initiative and creativity, which is conducive to cultivating students’ scientific research literacy and innovation ability.
