Abstract: In view of the problems existing in the construction of the experimental technology team in colleges and universities at present, taking the classification and overall planning of the annual assessment of the experimental technology team as the starting point, combining with the actual situation of the school, and taking “assessment by post, responsibility orientation, democratic evaluation and strengthening performance” as the principle, the annual assessment system for the classification and overall planning of experimental technicians in colleges and universities has been established, which is based on the annual assessment index system of teaching-type experimental technicians, annual assessment index system of scientific research-type experimental technicians, annual assessment index system of platform-type experimental technicians, the annual assessment system of experimental technicians in colleges and universities has been classified and coordinated. The corresponding practice has been carried out, and certain results have been achieved.
