Development Two-speed Gear Box Fault Simulation Experimental System Based on Virtual Instrument

  • 摘要: 为能够方便设置和复现齿轮箱故障,设计了一款具备二级传动的齿轮箱故障模拟装置,并基于LabVIEW软件开发了信号采集与处理系统。故障模拟实验系统可以在不同速度下模拟直齿或斜齿啮合故障、轴承故障。通过实验系统实际测量了齿轮不对中故障和滚针轴承断裂故障的振动加速度波形,结果表明,故障模拟实验系统能够测量、采集和处理振动信号,可作为故障诊断技术实践教学和研究平台。

     

    Abstract: In order to facilitate the setting up and reproduction of gearbox faults, a gearbox fault simulation device with a secondary drive has been designed and a signal acquisition and processing system has been developed based on LabVIEW software. The fault simulation system can simulate straight or helical tooth meshing faults and coupled gear and bearing faults at different speeds and ratios. The results show that the fault simulation experimental system is capable of measuring, acquiring and processing vibration signals, which can be used as a practical teaching and research platform for the fault diagnosis technology.
