废弃物衍生多孔炭的制备及对CO2吸附性能研究综合实验设计

Comprehensive Experiments on the Preparation of Waste-derived Porous Carbon and the Study of CO2 Adsorption Performance

  • 摘要: 为强化学生对固体废物资源化处理以及以废制废的环保意识,在双碳背景下,设计了以固体废物为原材料制备多孔炭应用于CO2吸附分离研究的综合实验。首先分别以生活垃圾和玉米芯为原材料制备了热解炭,并利用K2CO3活化得到多孔炭吸附材料;然后采用孔结构分析、扫描电子显微镜和傅里叶变换红外光谱对材料进行了综合表征分析,研究了多孔炭吸附分离CO2性能。该实验涉及固体废物基多孔炭材料制备、表征测试和吸附性能探究等多个环节,将基础教学内容与科研热点有机结合,培养学生创新意识,提升学生的综合实践能力及解决实际问题能力。

     

    Abstract: In order to strengthen students’ awareness of resource recovery of solid waste and treating the wastes with wastes, a comprehensive experiment on the preparation, characterization and adsorption performance of porous biocarbon from solid waste was designed under the background of dual carbon. First, the porous biocarbon was prepared from municipal solid waste and biomass corncobs through K2CO3 activation. Then, the porous biocarbon materials were comprehensively characterized and analyzed by pore structure analysis, scanning electron microscopy and fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, and the CO2 adsorption performance of the samples was studied. The experiment includes porous biocarbon material preparation, characterizations and adsorption performance exploration, which is conducive to enforcing the students’ understanding of resource recovery of solid waste, developing the innovative consciousness and improving comprehensive practical ability and ability to solve practical problems.
