Abstract:
In order to strengthen students’ awareness of resource recovery of solid waste and treating the wastes with wastes, a comprehensive experiment on the preparation, characterization and adsorption performance of porous biocarbon from solid waste was designed under the background of dual carbon. First, the porous biocarbon was prepared from municipal solid waste and biomass corncobs through K
2CO
3 activation. Then, the porous biocarbon materials were comprehensively characterized and analyzed by pore structure analysis, scanning electron microscopy and fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, and the CO
2 adsorption performance of the samples was studied. The experiment includes porous biocarbon material preparation, characterizations and adsorption performance exploration, which is conducive to enforcing the students’ understanding of resource recovery of solid waste, developing the innovative consciousness and improving comprehensive practical ability and ability to solve practical problems.
