工程训练一流课程建设中塑性加工实训模块教学的探索与实践

Exploration and Practice of Plastic Processing Training Module Teaching in the First-class Curriculum Construction of Engineering Training

  • 摘要: 金属冷塑性成形在工业制造中的应用十分广泛,对社会多个行业和领域的发展起到了重要作用。目前高校工程训练课程中关于金属冷塑性成形的加工实训内容,普遍存在内容偏少或缺失、知识点不完整以及教学方式单一等问题。为使学生在工训课程中掌握相关内容,设计了“金属盒制作”项目,利用学习通网络平台和自主开发的视频互动网络平台,采用线上线下混合式教学模式实施,以全过程评价、师生共评,实现了对学生知识、能力、素质一体化的培养。

     

    Abstract: The application of metal cold plastic forming in industrial manufacturing is very extensive and has played an important role in the development of multiple industries and fields in society. At present, there are common problems in the processing training content of metal cold plastic forming in engineering training courses in universities, such as insufficient or missing content, incomplete knowledge points, and single teaching methods. In order to enable students to master relevant content in engineering training courses, a “Metal Box Making” project has been designed. Through the Learning Pass network platform and a self-developed video interactive network platform, a blended online and offline teaching mode is adopted for implementation, with full process evaluation and collaborative evaluation between teachers and students, achieving the integrated cultivation of students’ knowledge, abilities, and qualities.
