全自动纤维分析仪测定饲料粗纤维实验设计

Design of Determination of Feed Crude Fiber by the Automatic Fiber Analyzer

  • 摘要: 饲料中粗纤维(CF)的含量是评定饲料营养价值的一项重要指标,传统的方法测量CF的操作步骤繁琐,测定结果准确度较低,不适合批量样品的分析。该文以粗纤维的测量为例阐述了全自动纤维分析仪使用操作流程以及仪器日常维护的技巧,并对实验开展的效果进行了探讨。结果表明,全自动纤维分析仪利用滤袋技术测量CF的含量是一种国际上公认的测量方法,具有自动化程度高、测量精度高等优点。

     

    Abstract: The content of crude fiber (CF) in feed is an important index to evaluate the nutritional value of feed. The traditional method of measuring CF is cumbersome, the accuracy of the measurement results is low, and it is not suitable for the analysis of batch samples. This article takes the measurement of crude fiber as an example to illustrate the operation process of the automatic fiber analyzer, summarizes the details that need to be paid attention to during the experiment and the skills of daily maintenance of the instrument, discusses and the effect of the experiment. The result shows that the automatic fiber analyzer using the filter bag technology to measure CF content is an internationally recognized measurement method, which has the advantages of high automation and high measurement accuracy.
