脉冲激光雷达全波形建模及仿真实验

Full Waveform Modeling and Simulation Experiment of Pulsed Laser Radar

  • 摘要: 根据脉冲激光雷达测距基本原理,搭建脉冲激光雷达模型,对发射电流波形、激光发射功率、接收信号功率、接收光电压波形进行了建模与仿真,并分析产生测量误差的因素,研究不同情况全波形分析算法精确获取激光脉冲接收时间:对于信噪比较高的单模回波,可使用自适应阈值法;对信噪比较低的,可使用波形形心法。该仿真与建模可应用于激光雷达实验教学与设计和相关科学研究。

     

    Abstract: Based on the basic principle of pulse laser radar ranging, a pulse laser radar model is built to model and simulate the emission current waveform, laser emission power, received signal power, and received light voltage waveform. The factors that cause measurement errors are analyzed, and the full waveform analysis algorithm is studied to accurately obtain the laser pulse reception time under different conditions. For single-mode echoes with high signal-to-noise ratio, the adaptive threshold method can be used and for low signal-to-noise ratios, the waveform centroid method can be adopted. This simulation and modeling can be applied to the laser radar experimental teaching and design, as well as the related scientific research.
