Abstract:
A discrete intelligent factory teaching platform composed of four workstations is designed for mouse battery assembly at Hebei University to meet the requirements of first-class undergraduate education and China Engineering Accreditation. A practical training course in robot principles and control is proposed and integrated with existing courses based on this platform, which improves the teaching system. The platform has also expanded the on-campus practice and training platform and achieved complementarity and integration with off-campus practice bases. It provides technical and venue support for students to participate in competitions, guiding students to actively engage in learning and knowledge accumulation. This practice indicates that the construction of the discrete intelligent factory teaching platform is conducive to cultivating students’ practical ability to solve complex engineering problems and their exploration ability and creativity, enhancing students, engineering literacy, and promoting the cultivation of first-class undergraduate talents.
