“智造时代”下培育核心素养的工程训练研究

Research of Engineering Training for Cultivating Core Competencies in the Era of Intelligent Manufacturing

  • 摘要: 为匹配智能制造时代对新工科工程训练课程提出的新需求,以培育工程人才的核心素养为主线,目标导向逆向设计三层递进的课程体系;以全生命周期持续改进思想重构教学过程,引导学生转换角色深度学习;配合多元化全过程的评价体系,达到培养综合型工程人才的目标,为新时代下的工程训练课程提供新思路和新路径。

     

    Abstract: To meet the new demands of the era of intelligent manufacturing for new engineering training courses, and with the core competencies of engineering talents as the main goal, a three-tier progressive curriculum system is designed based on goal orientation. Emphasizing continuous improvement throughout the entire lifecycle, the teaching process is reconceptualized. Students are guided to transit into active roles, leading the curriculum. This approach is complemented by a diversified evaluation system, with the ultimate goal of cultivating versatile engineering professionals, which provides a perspective and approach for engineering training courses in the new era.
