基于多种传热方式的热传导实验课程设计

Experimental Course Design of Heat Conduction Based on Multiple Heat Transfer Modes

  • 摘要: 工程传热学是研究工程应用中热量传递规律的科学,它以热力学第一定律和第二定律为基础,利用一些实验规律来研究热量传递的速率,实验环节对该学科至关重要。为加强学生对传热过程的理解,掌握传热学理论的核心知识点,开设了基于多种传热方式的热传导实验课程。课程内容包括轴向热传导实验、径向热传导实验、肋片热传导模拟实验以及气/液体热传导实验。应用实践表明,该实验课程内容丰富,综合性较强,有效地提高了学生的动手能力和工程实践能力,取得了良好的教学效果。

     

    Abstract: Engineering heat transfer is the science that studies the law of heat transfer in engineering applications. It is based on the first and second law of thermodynamics, uses some experimental rules to study the rate of heat transfer, so the experiment part is crucial to this discipline. In order to reinforce students’ understanding of heat transfer process, grasp the core knowledge points of heat transfer theory, the experiment course of heat conduction based on multiple heat transfer modes is set up. This course content includes axial heat conduction experiment, radial heat conduction experiment, fin heat conduction simulation experiment and gas/liquid heat conduction experiment. The application practice shows that the experimental course is rich content and strong comprehensiveness. It effectively improves students’ hands-on skills and project practical ability, achieves good teaching effect.
