基于单目−线激光的三维重建实验设计

3D Reconstruction Experiment Design Based on Monocular-Line Laser

  • 摘要: 推进以项目为导向的光学实验教学改革,设计实现了基于单目-线激光的三维重建实验。采用单目相机、线激光器、步进丝杆、树莓派等搭建基于针孔成像模型的激光三角测量系统,通过棋盘标定获取相机内、外参数和畸变参数等标定参数,以基于阈值分割的方法提取光条中心,获取目标物体表面点云数据,通过手动配准和ICP算法对点云进行配准和曲面重建,实现对目标物进行三维重建。该实验注重学科融合,有利于激发学生对科学研究的兴趣,提高创新意识,增强利用所学专业解决实际问题的能力。

     

    Abstract: To facilitate the advancement of project-oriented optical experiment teaching reform, this study presents a meticulously designed and executed three-dimensional reconstruction experiment utilizing monocular-line laser technology. A laser triangulation system is established based on the pinhole imaging model, incorporating a monocular camera, line laser, stepping screw, and Raspberry Pi. The calibration parameters encompassing internal and external camera parameters as well as distortion parameters are accurately determined through checkerboard calibration. Subsequently, the method of threshold segmentation is employed to extract the center of the laser light bar for acquiring point cloud data representing the target object surface.
