超声刀耐久性试验平台的研制

Development of a Durability Test Platform Ultrasonic Scalpel

  • 摘要: 为满足国产超声手术刀耐久性能试验的需求,设计制作了一种超声刀耐久性能试验平台。该平台使用步进电机带动滚珠丝杠构成的龙门结构实现超声刀的三轴平移;使用改进的力矩闭环电动推杆实现超声刀手柄的可控扭矩推动;自主设计可同时夹持6部超声刀头的夹具,使用微型电动推杆控制超声刀的激发。根据超声刀耐久性能试验的需求对平台各模块进行了设计验证,证明平台可实现0-1.5 ms的速度调节,0-5000 ms的按压时间调节,以及0-100 N的按压力度调节,能同时稳定开展6把刀10万次以上的耐久性能试验,可用于超声手术刀耐久性能的试验评价。

     

    Abstract: In order to meet the requirement of durability test of domestic ultrasonic scalpel, a durability test platform of ultrasonic scalpel was designed and manufactured. The platform uses stepping motor to drive the gantry structure composed of ball screw to realize the three-axis translation of ultrasonic knife; uses improved torque closed-loop electric push rod to realize the controllable torque push of ultrasonic knife handle; self-designed fixture which can hold 6 ultrasonic knife heads at the same time, and uses micro-electric push rod to control the excitation of ultrasonic knife. According to the requirement of durability test of ultrasonic knife, each module of the platform is designed and verified. It is proved that the platform can achieve a speed adjustment of 0-1.5 ms, a pressing time adjustment of 0-5000 ms, and a pressing force adjustment of 0-100 N, and stably carry out more than 100,000 durability tests of 6 knives at the same time, and can be used to evaluate the durability of ultrasonic scalpel.
