实验教学导向的非变性质谱蛋白−配体互作实验设计

Experimental Optimization of Nonvariable Spectral Protein-Ligand Interaction Based on Experimental Teaching

  • 摘要: 以实验教学为导向,结合实验材料易得、实验流程明晰、实验结果稳定、实验耗时较短等需求,通过实验流程优化、核心耗材自制、动态评价体系构建等方式构建非变性质谱技术鉴定蛋白−配体互作实验教学设计,解决大型仪器设备在实验教学应用中的难点。实验项目通过对专业热点领域最新实验技术的引入,开阔学生视野,增加学生专业认同感,有利于学生专业核心素养的提升。

     

    Abstract: Guided by experimental teaching combined with the requirements of easy availability of experimental materials, clear experimental process, stable experimental results, and short experimental time, the experimental teaching design for identification of protein ligand interaction by non-variable property spectrum technology is constructed by means of experimental process optimization, core consumables homemade, dynamic evaluation system construction, etc., to solve the difficulties in the application of large instruments and equipment in experimental teaching. Through the introduction of the latest experimental technology in the professional hot field, the experimental project broadens the horizon and enhances the sense of identity, which is conducive to the improvement of students’ majoy core quality.
