基于虚拟实验室的生物学科研训练 平台建设初探

A Preliminary Study on the Construction of a Scientific Research Training Platform for Biology Based on Virtual Laboratories

  • 摘要: 为解决传统实验教学过程中学生课前预习不足和实验设计思维训练缺乏的短板,实验教学中心采用虚拟仿真和信息技术手段开发创制了生物学科研训练平台,包括五个模块:(1)实验设计思维导图绘制;(2)虚拟实验流程搭建;(3)实地实验数据收集;(4)实验项目报告整理;(5)优秀案例回顾学习。该平台实现了生物学实验项目的全生命流程管理,是对传统生物实验教学方式的新尝试,通过线上线下混合的形式提升生物学实验教学效果和项目管理效率,强化学生的科研创新思维能力培养。

     

    Abstract: To address the shortcomings of traditional experimental teaching, such as inadequate pre-class reviewing experimental courses and lack of training in experimental design thinking, the Experimental Teaching Center has developed a biological scientific research training platform using virtual simulation and information technology. This platform comprises five modules: (1) Drawing of mind maps for experimental design; (2) Construction of virtual experimental procedures; (3) Data collection of hands-on experiments; (4) Collation and compilation of experimental reports; and (5) Review and learning of excellent experimental projects. This platform enables the comprehensive life-cycle management of biological experimental projects, representing a novel attempt to reform traditional biological experimental teaching model. By combining online and offline approaches, it enhances the effectiveness of biological experimental teaching and project management efficiency, while strengthening the cultivation of students' scientific research and innovative thinking abilities.
