新时代背景下医学实验技术队伍建设实施细则的优化—以深圳大学医学部为例

Construction Method of Medical Experimental Technical Team under the Background of New Era

  • 摘要: 新时代背景下,国家对实验技术队伍发展提出了新的方向和要求,各高校优化实验技术队伍建设的改革明显加快。针对实验技术队伍建设中存在的设岗、考核、晋升等几方面问题,多数高校从学校政策层面给出了解决方案,而对政策指导下的具体实施细则报道较少。本文以深圳大学医学部为例,列举了医学类高校实验技术队伍建设中存在的问题,并详述学部在优化设岗、量化工作、完善考核、明确发展等方面的具体实施细则。实践表明,以上策略对优化医学实验技术队伍建设有积极作用。

     

    Abstract: Under the background of the new era, the state has put forward requirements for the development of experimental technical teams, and the reform of colleges and universities has been accelerated. There are several problems, such as post setting, assessment, and promotion of professional titles. Most studies give solutions at the policy level, but there are few detailed reports. This paper takes the Shenzhen University Medical School as an example, lists the problems existing in the construction of experimental technical team in medical colleges, and details the specific implementation rules of the department in optimizing the establishment of posts, quantifying the work, improving the assessment, and clarifying the development. Practice shows that the above strategies have a positive effect on optimizing the construction of medical experimental technical team.
