Abstract:
In order to improve the quality of experimental teaching and research level, mobilize the creativity and enthusiasm of laboratory workers, promote the scientific and institutionalized innovation and management of experimental technology, Based on more than a decade of project practice experience, Sichuan Normal University has established a long-term dynamic management mechanism for laboratory innovation research projects in the past two years at the level of the entire project cycle. This article elaborates on the four stages of the mechanism: overall planning, guidance and promotion, standardized processes, publicity and promotion, as well as the optimization ideas and measures adopted in each stage. In order to provide reference and guidance for further promoting and improving the management mechanism of such school level projects in universities in the future.
