绿色化学导向的超滤膜分离实验的改进与实施

Improvement and Implement of Ultrafiltration Membrane Separation Experiment Based on Green Chemistry Concept

  • 摘要: 膜分离是一种绿色分离技术。论文基于绿色化学理念,从实验原料选取、显色剂筛选、实验规模、试剂用量、废液处理等多个角度对传统滤膜分离能力测定实验进行了改进。通过使用绿色原料与试剂、对实验规模的微量化、“废液回收”等一系列有效举措,显著提高了实验的经济性,实现了全过程的绿色化。改进后超滤膜分离能力测定实验的实施不仅有利于提升学生的专业素质,增强环保意识,树立绿色化学的理念,又可以作为一例绿色化学的思政典型教学案例。

     

    Abstract: Membrane separation is a green separation technology. Based on “green chemistry”, the ultrafiltration membrane separation experiment is improved from several aspects such as the selection of material and chromogenic agents, the experimental scale, the dosage of reagents, and the recovery of the waste liquid. A series of effective measures have significantly improved the experiment economy and greening. The implementation of the improved “the ultrafiltration membrane separation experiment” can not only improve students' professional quality, establish environmental protection and green chemistry awareness, but can also serves as a typical case of ideological and political teaching in green chemistry
