制冷压缩机性能实验台的开发与教学应用

Development and Teaching Application of Performance Test Bench for Refrigerant Compressors

  • 摘要: 为了更好地将理论知识与工程实践相结合,针对能源与动力工程专业学生开设了“制冷剂压缩机性能实验”专业综合性实践教学项目。对标国家标准建立了基于第二制冷剂量热器法和制冷剂液体流量计法的压缩机性能实验台架,设计了实验教学内容,探索了实验教学关键点。通过该实验项目使学生了解制冷压缩机性能实验原理与方法,掌握制冷系统的调节和控制规律,进而强化工程思维,提升解决工程问题的能力。

     

    Abstract: In order to better combine theoretical knowledge with engineering practice, a comprehensive experimental teaching project of “refrigerant compressor performance experiment” was opened for energy and power engineering students. A compressor performance test bench based on the method of second refrigerant calorimeter and refrigerant liquid flow meter was established according to the national standard. The experimental teaching content was designed and the key points of experimental teaching were explored. Through this experimental course, students can understand the principles and methods of refrigerant compressor performance testing, master the regulation and control rules of refrigeration systems. It aims to strengthen engineering thinking and improve engineering problem-solving ability.
