基于虚拟仿真的果蝇遗传学实验教学设计与实践

Design and Practice of Fruit Fly (Drosophila melanogaster) Genetics Experimental Teaching Based on Virtual Simulation

  • 摘要: 遗传学是高校生命科学类专业的核心基础课程之一。遗传学实验课程教学占据十分重要的地位。在目前开展的本科遗传学实验教学中,通过果蝇杂交实验来验证经典遗传学的三大定律是遗传学课程学习的重点与难点,也是实验教学的核心内容之一。本文针对传统果蝇杂交实验教学存在的一些难以规避的问题,借助教育信息化背景下出现的新型教学方式---虚拟仿真教学,开发果蝇杂交虚拟仿真实验系统,设计经典遗传实验的线上线下混合式教学模式,从而有效整合学习资源,提高实验教学质量,培养学生科研素养与创新能力。

     

    Abstract: Genetics is one of the core basic courses for life science majors in colleges and universities. The teaching of genetics experiment also plays a very important role. In the current genetics experimental teaching, it is the key and difficult point to verify the three laws of classical genetics through fruit fly hybridization experiment, and it is also one of the core contents of the experimental teaching. In view of the problems of traditional fruit fly hybridization experiment teaching mode, the virtual simulation teaching, a new teaching method emerging in the background of education information, was applied to develope a virtual simulation experiment system for fruit fly hybridization and design the online and offline hybrid teaching mode of classical genetic experiment, which effectively integrated the learning resources, improve the quality of experimental teaching and cultivate students’ ability of scientific research quality and innovation.
