  • 摘要: 该文以2023年诺贝尔化学奖所表彰的“量子点的发现与合成”研究为背景,为提升化学与材料相关学科本科生的综合实验能力并拓展其科研视野,设计了钙钛矿量子点制备与应用综合实验。该实验涵盖无机纳米合成、物理化学机制、有机配体与溶剂特性以及仪器分析等知识点,将深奥的基本原理“可视化” 展示,让学生在实践中体验科学的乐趣。旨在增强学生对专业知识的理解与应用能力,培养客观、严谨和实事求是的科学态度,并加深其对科学技术在国民生产与健康中重要作用的认识;提高学生的环保与社会责任意识,进一步激发学生的科研热情,引导其未来投身于科研实践。

     

    Abstract: Against the backdrop of the “discovery and synthesis of quantum dots” recognized by the 2023 Nobel Prize in Chemistry, a comprehensive experiment on the preparation and application of perovskite quantum dots was designed to enhance the comprehensive experimental capabilities of undergraduates in chemistry and materials-related disciplines and to broaden their research horizons. This experiment covers key concepts including inorganic nanosynthesis, physicochemical mechanisms, characteristics of organic ligands and solvents, and instrumental analysis methods. It visually presents profound basic principles, allowing students to experience the joy of science through practice. The experiment aims to strengthen students’ understanding and application of professional knowledge, cultivate an objective, rigorous, and truth-seeking scientific attitude, and deepen their recognition of the important role of science and technology in national production and public health. Furthermore, it seeks to improve students’ awareness of environmental protection and social responsibility, further stimulate their enthusiasm for scientific research, and guide them to dedicate themselves to research practice in the future.
