Abstract: Normal education is the basis of deepening the reform of teacher education, and normal colleges shoulder the important task of education revitalization. The University relied on the national experimental teaching demonstration center, built a complete teacher education experiment and training base and a comprehensive information-based teaching ability training management platform. Aiming at the training of teachers’ four major abilities, improved the experimental teaching system, scientifically planned training modules, optimized training modes, and promoted the development of teachers’ educational practical ability, scientific literacy and innovative spirit. Constructed the training supervision and evaluation system, and promoted the quality assurance and evaluation mechanism separated from “management, administration and evaluation”, made a bold attempt to construct the quality assurance system of normal education and promoted the reform of the normal talent training system.
