高校放射源库建设与安全管理的实践研究

Study and Practice of Construction and Safety Management of Radioactive Source Library in Universities

  • 摘要: 随着核科学的应用与发展,高校涉及使用放射源的教学、科研实验不断增加。放射源安全是放射性实验室安全管理的重要内容,源库作为放射源收储管理场所,加强源库的物防、技防建设对放射源安全管理有极其重要的作用。本文主要介绍了四川大学核工程与核技术实验室在放射源库建设与安全管理方面的创新性探索实践,通过放射源收储监测平台建设、剂量监测及安全联锁系统建设、源库安防系统建设,实现了放射源辐射剂量在线实时监测、远程视频监控、智能巡检和关键环节报警“四位一体”的全面监控,实现了放射源管控由“人防”为主到“技防”为主的转变。期望对其他放射性实验室的源库建设和管理提供参考。

     

    Abstract: With the application and development of nuclear science, the use of radioactive sources in teaching and research experiments in universities is constantly increasing. The safety of radioactive sources is an important part of the safety management of radioactive laboratories. The radioactive source library is the place to store radioactive sources, so it is important to strengthen the physical and technical prevention construction of the radioactive source library for the safety management of the radioactive source. This paper mainly introduces the innovative exploration and practice of the nuclear engineering and nuclear technology laboratory of Sichuan University in the construction and safety management of radiation source repositories. Through the construction of a radiation source storage and monitoring platform, dose monitoring and safety interlocking system, and source repository security system, a comprehensive “four in one” monitoring system for online radiation dose monitoring, remote video monitoring, intelligent inspection, and key link alarms of radiation sources has been achieved. We have achieved a shift in radiation source control from focusing on “civil defense” to focusing on “technical defense”. This will provide reference for other radioactive laboratories.
