基于“2-4”模型的高校实验室安全事故分析及对策建议

Cause Analysis and Countermeasures of University Laboratory Accidents Based on 2-4 Model

  • 摘要: 随着我国教育事业的快速发展,国家对高校科研力量的投入逐年攀升,高校教学和科研实验室的数量快速增长,实验室安全问题成为高校校园管理中的重点和难点。为深入探讨高校实验室安全事故发生的整体规律和内在原因,本文回顾性分析了2015年—2024年间发生的42起实验室安全事故,结合事故致因理论中的“2-4”模型分析了安全事故中的不安全行为和事故发生的原因。在当前实验室安全工作形势下,提出以实验室层级的安全管理角度出发,从危险源识别、网格化责任管理和定制化安全教育培训、数智赋能全过程监管、实验室安全文化构建等4个方面制定对策,提高实验室层级安全管理水平,以期为高校实验室安全管理提供思路和参考。

     

    Abstract: With the rapid development of education career, the investment of scientific researches in universities has increased year by year, and the number of teaching and scientific research laboratories in universities has grown rapidly. Laboratory safety issues have become a focus and difficult point of university campus management. In order to deeply explore the overall patterns and internal causes of safety accidents in university laboratories, herein we retrospectively analyzed 42 laboratory safety accidents that occurred between 2015 and 2024. The unsafe aspects and underlying causes of safety accidents were analyzed based on the 2-4 model from the accident cause theory. Based on the current situation of laboratory safety efforts, it is proposed to improve the level of laboratory safety management from four perspectives, including dangerous source identification, grid-based responsibility management and safety education and training, digital and intelligent empowerment for full-process supervision, cultivation of safety cultures. These suggestions could provide insights and references for managing laboratory safety in universities.
