Abstract: From the perspective of organizational resource management, this paper analyzed the teaching resources of the experimental center of convergence media in colleges and universities, combines the main business modules and work flow of the experimental center, and puts forward the intelligent management model of the experimental center of convergence media. With the help of the Internet of Things, cloud computing, mobile Internet and other technologies, through the information system, the laboratory, experimental equipment, knowledge resources and other integrated intelligent management of the financial media experimental center. Taking Huazhong University of Science and Technology as an example, this paper introduced the practical application of this model to realize the intelligent resource management of convergence media experimental center.
