企业管理诊断虚拟仿真实验建设实践

Construction and Practice of Virtual Simulation Experiment for Enterprise Management Diagnosis

  • 摘要: 企业管理诊断课程教学中存在调研时间受限、人员合作困难、场景难以重现等问题。该文从虚拟仿真技术原理出发,按照“企业调研—流程分析—数据模拟—管理诊断”的实验思路,依据情境构建与交互体验原则,建设了企业管理诊断虚拟仿真实验教学项目,实现了学生综合管理能力的培养过程。该项目实现了企业管理诊断场景的数字化重构和人机交互,在实验设计上融合了企业管理案例与虚拟仿真技术,取得了突破时空限制、还原管理情境、提升教学效果的成果。

     

    Abstract: The teaching of enterprise management diagnosis courses faces challenges such as limited research time, difficult personnel coordination, and unreproducible scenarios. Based on the principles of virtual simulation technology and following an experimental framework of “enterprise investigation — process analysis — data simulation — management diagnosis”, this study constructs a virtual simulation experimental teaching project for enterprise management diagnosis in accordance with principles of scenario construction and interactive experience, to cultivate students’ comprehensive management capabilities. It achieves digital reconstruction and human-computer interaction in enterprise management diagnosis scenarios, integrating enterprise management cases with virtual simulation technology in its experimental design. The implementation has yielded significant results in overcoming spatiotemporal constraints, recreating management contexts, and enhancing teaching effectiveness.
