  • 摘要: 合成生物学实验室是开展合成生物学技术研究的重要载体,其设计与建造对合成生物学的全过程研究至关重要。基于合成生物学研究的基本特点,该文探讨了合成生物学实验室布局原则及特点,对人与物交互场景及其安全性进行了分析,并对合成生物实验室的总体流线设计进行了分析。结合具体工程实例,阐述了合成生物实验室空间布局理论在实际工程中的应用,可为今后同类型合成生物学实验室的设计与建造提供一定的参考,并推动相关学科的发展。

     

    Abstract: The synthetic biology laboratory is an important platform for advancing research in synthetic biology technology. Its design and construction are crucial to the entire research process of synthetic biology. Based on the fundamental characteristics of synthetic biology research, this paper explores the principles and features of spatial layout in synthetic biology laboratories, analyzes personnel-material interaction scenarios along with their safety considerations, and examines the overall circulation design of such laboratories. The application of spatial layout theory for synthetic biology laboratories in practical projects is illustrated through specific engineering case studies. This work provides a valuable reference for the design and construction of similar synthetic biology laboratories in the future and aims to promote the development of related disciplines.
