面向卓越工程师培养的激光加工实训教学研究

Research on Practical Training Teaching of Laser Processing for Cultivating Outstanding Engineers

  • 摘要: 为了提高工程实践教育质量,推进卓越工程师培养,开发了面向解决复杂工程问题的激光加工综合实训教学项目。文中基于激光加工实训教学的现状及存在问题,分析激光加工实训在“工程训练”课程中的重要地位,提出开展综合实训项目的详细教学方案。并结合卓越工程师培养内涵,分析项目教学载体的选题要素,选取了四个不同主题的产品作为教学载体。课程基于CDIO工程教育模式开展项目式教学,取得了良好的教学成效,增加了学生的产品知识和项目管理经验,培养了创新思维和动手实践能力,建立了工程职业素养和团队合作意识。

     

    Abstract: In order to enhance the quality of engineering practice education and promote the cultivation of outstanding engineers, a comprehensive practical teaching project for laser processing has been developed, which is aimed at solving complex engineering problems. The paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of laser processing practical teaching, discusses the important position of laser processing practical training in the “Engineering Training” course, and proposes a detailed teaching plan for carrying out comprehensive practical projects. Combining the connotation of outstanding engineer training, the paper analyzes the selection elements of the project teaching carrier and selects four different themed products as teaching carriers. The course is based on the CDIO engineering education model for project-based teaching, which has achieved good teaching results, increased students’ product knowledge and project management experience, cultivated innovative thinking and practical ability, and established engineering professional quality and team cooperation awareness.
