面向卓越工程师培养的激光加工实训教学研究

Research on Practical Training in Laser Processing for Cultivating Outstanding Engineers

  • 摘要: 为提高工程实践教育质量,推进卓越工程师培养,该文开发了面向解决复杂工程问题的激光加工综合实训教学项目。基于激光加工实训教学的现状及存在的问题,分析激光加工实训在“工程训练”课程中的重要地位,提出开展综合实训项目的详细教学方案;结合卓越工程师培养内涵,分析项目教学载体的选题要素,选取了4个不同主题的产品作为教学载体。课程基于CDIO工程教育模式开展项目式教学,取得了良好的教学成效,增加了学生的产品知识和项目管理经验,培养了创新思维和动手实践能力,建立了工程职业素养和团队合作意识。

     

    Abstract: To improve the quality of engineering practice education and promote the cultivation of outstanding engineers, this paper develops a comprehensive practical training project in laser processing aimed at solving complex engineering problems. Based on the current situation and existing problems of practical training in laser processing, the paper analyzes the important role of laser processing training in the “Engineering Training” course, and proposes a detailed teaching scheme for implementing comprehensive training projects. Guided by the connotation of outstanding engineer cultivation, the paper analyzes the key factors in selecting project-based teaching carriers and selects four products with different themes as teaching carriers. The course adopts project-based teaching based on the CDIO engineering education model and has achieved significant teaching outcomes. It has enhanced students’ product knowledge and project management experience, cultivated innovative thinking and practical ability, and fostered engineering professionalism and a sense of teamwork.
