Abstract:
the experimental course teaching is an important part of college teaching content, and an effective way to cultivate student`s professional quality and improve student`s practice ability. Under the Outcome-Based Education(OBE)concept, the teachers of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology Teaching and Research Section of the College of Life Science of Inner Mongolia University have carried out the teaching practice of biotechnology comprehensive experiment based on the construction and development of an undergraduate super comprehensive experimental course of biotechnology, starting from the training objectives of cultivating high-quality innovative talents. It has been formed that an appropriate experimental teaching model, which effectively stimulate the enthusiasm for the study to a large extent and improve student`s learning initiative and ability of independent exploration and solving practical problems. Meanwhile, this teaching model also can thereby further improve student`s comprehensive literacy and abilities and teaching quality. All of these have a positive promoting effect on cultivating high-quality innovative talents.
