Exploration on the Intrinsically Safety Management of Instrument Sharing Platform in Secondary Colleges

  • 摘要: 二级学院仪器共享平台是支撑人才培养、科学研究和社会服务的重要基地。随着开放水平的提升,其安全管理面临一定的问题和难度。通过辨识人员、物品、环境、管理4个角度的安全隐患,以本质管理理念与PDCA闭环管理方法为基础,可构建包含顶层设计、风险管控、评价调研和反馈改进的本质安全化管理模式。通过加强信息技术和数字化建设,可完善组织管理,风险管理、物资管理、安全培训、环境监测、安全检查和评价打分等功能模块,赋能高水平的信息化管理系统,以保障院级仪器平台的高质量发展。

     

    Abstract: The instrument sharing platform in secondary colleges is important base to support talent training, scientific research and social service. It is facing some problems and difficulties with an high level of open and sharing. By identifying the safety hazards, the problems of safety management are analyzed from four perspectives of personnel, goods, environment, and management. Based on the concept of intrinsic safety and PDCA closed-loop theory, an intrinsically safety management mode can be constructed, it includes top-level design, risk control, evaluation research and feedback improvement. By strengthening information technology and digital construction, the information system containing different functional modules such as organization management, risk management, material management, safety training, environment monitoring, safety inspection and evaluation has been built, which aims to establish a perfect safety guarantee for the high quality development of instrument sharing management platform.
