Abstract:
The instrument sharing platforms in colleges serve as important bases for talent cultivation, scientific research and social service. With the increasing level of openness, their safety management faces certain problems and difficulties. By identifying potential safety hazards from four perspectives — personnel, materials, environment, and management — this paper builds an intrinsically safe management model based on the concept of intrinsic safety and the PDCA closed-loop management method. The model includes top-level design, risk control, evaluation and research, and feedback improvement. By strengthening information technology and digital construction, and improving functional modules such as organization management, risk management, material management, safety training, environmental monitoring, safety inspection, and evaluation scoring, a high-level information management system is empowered to ensure the high-quality development of college-level instrument platforms.
