基于新工科的三相异步电动机变频调速综合实验设计

Comprehensive Experiment Design of Variable Frequency Speed Regulation of Three-Phase Asynchronous Motors under Background of New Engineering

  • 摘要: 针对电机与拖动课程三相异步电动机变频调速相关内容,基于新工科理念,搭建以汇川PLC、变频器为核心的实验平台,设计了三相异步电动机变频调速综合实验。基于该实验平台,学生可通过MATLAB/Simulink软件建立调速系统仿真模型,并进行显示屏组态交互编程,实时监控电机的关键参数,实现对转速的精确控制和对电机的快速保护。教学实践表明,学生利用该实验平台进行理论探究、数字仿真、组态编程和实验提升,不仅培养了解决复杂问题的综合能力和高级思维,还提升了敢于挑战的自信心,锻炼了工程实践能力。

     

    Abstract: Based on the concept of new engineering, a comprehensive experiment on variable frequency speed regulation of three-phase as asynchronous motors was designed for the course of motor and drive, and an experimental platform with Huichuan PLC and variable-frequency drive as the core was built. With the experimental platform , students can establish a simulation model of the speed control system using MATLAB/Simulink software, and perform interactive programming of the display screen configuration to monitor the key parameters of the motors in real time achieving precise control of the speed and rapid protection. Teaching practice has shown that students can engage in theoretical exploration, digital simulation, configuration programming, and experimental improvement using the experimental platform. Students not only cultivate their comprehensive ability and advance thinking to solve complex problems, but also enhance their confidence in daring to challenge and exercise their engineering practice ability.
