Abstract:
To enhance the quality of basic teaching experiments and practical teaching in the heat transfer fundamental course of new energy vehicle engineering, deepen students’ theoretical understanding of the dynamics of particle-fluid boiling heat transfer bubbles, a visualization experimental device of particle-fluid pool boiling heat transfer bubble dynamics was constructed. A series of experimental studies were designed to investigate the influence of particles on bubble dynamics and the heat transfer performance of particle-laden fluid. The experimental results confirm the scientific and rationality of the device, enabling clear observation of the interactions between bubbles and particles, and accurate measurement of boiling heat transfer performance. This is of great significance for students to deepen their understanding of boiling heat transfer phenomena with particle-laden fluid, enhance their practical operation abilities, and scientific research literacy.
