发展新质生产力背景下的工程训练项目化教学体系研究

Research on Project Teaching System of Engineering Training under the Background of Developing New Quality Productivity

  • 摘要: 在发展新质生产力背景下,对高校工程实践教育人才的培养提出了更高的要求。以新质人才工程实践与创新能力培养为目标,针对工程训练项目化教学存在的问题,探索项目化教学改革新思路,构建多层级融入贯通的创新课程体系,探索迭代式项目化教学新模式。根据不同专业人才培养特点,结合工程训练中心现有软硬件设备和师资,建立四层次耦合递进的项目资源库,并将思政和劳动育人融入项目。从评价主体,内容,指标和方法等角度出发,建立“五维度,四主体,三结合”的项目化教学评价体系,形成适合新质生产力发展的工程训练项目化教学体系,为工程训练项目化教学改革和实施提供了参考和借鉴。

     

    Abstract: Under the background of developing new quality productive forces, higher requirements have been put forward for the cultivation of engineering practice education talents in universities. With the goal of cultivating innovative abilities through the practice of new quality talent engineering, this study aims to address the problems in project-based teaching in engineering training, explore new ideas for project-based teaching reform, construct a multi-level integrated and interconnected innovative curriculum system, and explore new models of iterative project-based teaching. Based on the characteristics of talent cultivation in different majors, combined with the existing software and hardware equipment and faculty of the Engineering Training Center, establish a four level coupled progressive project resource library, and integrate ideological political and labor education into the project. Starting from the perspectives of evaluation subjects, content, indicators, and methods, a project-based teaching evaluation system with “five dimensions, four subjects, and three combinations” is established to form a project-based teaching system for engineering training that is suitable for the development of new quality productivity. This provides reference and inspiration for the reform and implementation of project-based teaching in engineering training.
