Abstract: With the rapid development of science and technology and medicine in our country, the number and scale of medical scientific research laboratories are expanding continuously, leading to an increase in safety hazards and posing severe challenges to laboratory management. To reduce the related risks and enhance management efficiency, based on the actual situation, a comprehensive, systematic, and practical safety education case library has been constructed in a targeted manner, and a complete safety education system has been built by integrating thematic safety education and professional courses. Practical application has been carried out by combining modern educational technology and diversified teaching methods. All-round assessment of the application effectiveness has been conducted by an established systematic evaluation mechanism integrating multiple approaches. These have realized the optimal allocation and efficient utilization of educational resources, improved personnel’s safety awareness, professional skills, and comprehensive quality, promoted the implementation of rules and regulations and the training of independent management ability, and improved management effect. In the future, continuous optimization of this case library and innovation in educational models and methods can further enhance the level of safety education and management, and provide beneficial references for other fields.
