Abstract:
To meet the urgent need for talent cultivation in the materials discipline from the national “carbon peak and carbon neutrality” strategy, the School of Materials Science and Engineering at Southeast University has innovatively constructed a “dual carbon” oriented teaching system for the “Materials Analysis Experiment” course. By establishing a three-dimensional teaching content framework of “basics-frontiers-innovation”, it systematically integrates experimental modules in cutting-edge fields such as new energy materials and advanced analysis techniques. It also innovatively established a multi-dimensional evaluation system of “process-outcome-ability”. This reform plan has achieved deep integration of experimental teaching with the cutting-edge technologies in material discipline, significantly enhancing students’ cross-disciplinary innovative mindset, engineering ability as well as team collaboration efficiency.
