智能产线虚实交互实验平台的设计

Virtual-Real Interaction Experimental Platform Design for Smart Production Lines

  • 摘要: 为强化智能制造工程实验教学的内容,培育具备前沿制造核心知识与技能的卓越人才,为产业升级提供创新动力,该文充分利用企业产线作为实践基地,紧密结合工业物联网和数字孪生技术,构建了一套数据驱动的智能产线虚实交互实验平台系统。该系统不仅集成了数据采集与传输模块、孪生同步通讯模块,实现对物理实体与虚拟实体的精确映射,还可以对产线运行状态进行实时监控。通过对接智能制造工程专业课程的实践教学,使学生能够在实践中理解智能制造技术的原理,并熟练掌握其在实际应用中的操作技巧。

     

    Abstract: To enhance the experimental teaching content of smart manufacturing engineering, cultivate outstanding talents with cutting-edge manufacturing core knowledge and skills, and provide innovative impetus for industrial upgrading, this paper fully utilizes enterprise production lines as practice bases, closely integrating industrial Internet of Things and digital twin technology to construct a data-driven virtual-real interaction experimental platform system for smart production lines. This system not only integrates data acquisition and transmission modules and twin synchronization communication modules to achieve precise mapping between physical and virtual entities, but also enables real-time monitoring of the production line operation status. By aligning with the practical teaching of smart manufacturing engineering courses, the platform enables students to understand the principles of smart manufacturing technology in practice and proficiently master its operational skills in practical applications.
