基于PLC和变频器的车床控制系统

Lathe Control System Based on PLC and Frequency Converter

  • 摘要: 以卧式车床CA6140为例,运用PLC对其控制系统进行优化,采用变频器代替机械调速箱对主轴电机进行变频调速,为方便故障检修,对易发生故障的器件进行故障自诊断。试验结果表明,该控制系统能够满足车床的控制要求,降低系统故障率,其故障自诊断能够准确定位故障器件,缩短故障维修时间。

     

    Abstract: Lathe as a kind of metal cutting machine tools is widely used. Traditional lathe adopts relay-contactor control, using many hardware connection devices, reliability poor, and high fault rate and troubleshooting tedious, maintenance time is long, and the production efficiency is not high. With the development of the industry, the control system needs to be optimized. Taking the horizontal lathe CA6140 as an example, its control system using the PLC to be optimized, using frequency converter instead of mechanical governor box to variable frequency speed regulation of spindle motor, for the convenience of troubleshooting, fault self-diagnosis to frequent breakdown of the device. Experimental results show that the control system can meet the control requirements of lathe, reduce the failure rate of the system and its fault self-diagnosis can accurately locate the fault components, shorten maintenance time.
