高分子材料与工程专业的综合性实验设计

Comprehensive Teaching Experiment Design for Undergraduate of Polymer Material and Engineering

  • 摘要: 设计了一个高分子材料与工程专业的综合性实验。利用红外光谱(FT-IR)、差示扫描量热(DSC)和热重(TG)三种分析方法,对生活中常见的矿泉水瓶材料(PET)和太空杯材料(PC)进行了剖析与认知,确定了两种材料的组成,解释了矿泉水瓶盛装沸水变形,而太空杯仍保持原有形状的原因。该实验加深了学生对材料结构与性能的认识,有助于学生分析测试能力的提高,该实验己经多年应用于教学中,教学效果良好。

     

    Abstract: A comprehensive teaching experiment for undergraduate of polymer material and engineering was designed in this paper. By FT-IR, DSC and TG analysis, the compositions of materials of mineral water bottle and space cup were determined, and provide reasonable explanation for a common phenomenon in the daily life, that is, mineral water bottle is easy to deform when poured into boiled water, however, space cup would be not. The comprehension between structure and properties of polymer materials was enhanced by this experiment. Effective teaching performance was obtained in several years.
