基于三菱工业机器人的实验室建设方案设计

Design of Laboratory Construction Based on Mitsubishi Industrial Robot

  • 摘要: 近年来,随着人力成本的上涨和全球竞争的恶化给制造业带来了巨大的压力,工业机器人的应用成为了制造业的必然选择,地方性高校教学改革与实验室建设应顺应企业技术革新变化之趋势。文中分析了建设工业机器人实验室的目的,介绍了三菱工业机器人设备的特点、机器人实训平台的设计、实验室规划、教学效果以及在建设过程中采取的科研方法与技术路线。

     

    Abstract: In recent years, the deterioration of the human costs and global competition has brought tremendous pressure to the manufacturing industry, the application of industrial robot seems to have become the inevitable choice of manufacturing, construction of teaching reform in universities and laboratories should conform to the trend of enterprise technology innovation changes. This paper analyzes the construction of Industrial Robotics Laboratory, introduces Mitsubishi industrial robot device characteristics, the robot platform to the design, and research methods and technical route in the construction of the laboratory
