Abstract: Large precision instrument and equipment is an important support to experimental teaching and scientific research in colleges and universities, which is the material foundation for the great-leap-forward development of higher schools. Analysis of the current situation of the use and management of large-scale instruments and equipment in colleges and universities, expounds the importance of establishing shared platform of large-scale instruments and equipments, the spirit of “maximum benefit of instrument investment ”principle, to build “a platform, five mechanisms ”, promote the sharing of large-scale instruments and equipment.
