高分子学科透射电镜实验教学的体会

Discussion on the Transmission Electron Microscope Experiment Teaching of Polymer Science

  • 摘要: 根据学科方向调整透射电镜实验教学环节具有十分重要的意义。对于高分子学科的透射电镜实验教学内容应突出学科方向,合理安排实验教学各环节。在实验中,使学生学习应用透射电镜观察分析高分子材料典型样品的方法和技巧,并结合扫描电镜观察,提高学生综合分析高分子材料微观组织的能力。

     

    Abstract: It is necessary to adjust transmission electron microscope (TEM) experiment teaching according to subject direction. For polymer science, major theory teaching contents have been pointed out, teaching purposes have been revised, and teaching steps have been arranged reasonably. In experiment classroom, how to prepare and study the polymer materials samples by TEM were narrated. Those experiment teaching and practice steps combined with SEM (scanning electron microscope) can improve the abilities to analyze the microstructures of polymer materials.
