Exploration on Experimental Teaching Reformation for Instrumental Analysis Focused on Instruments

摘要: 仪器分析实验教学是培养学生实验操作能力的重要环节。以流动注射化学发光仪为例,基于溴化钾对鲁米诺—过氧化氢—Cr(Ⅲ)化学发光反应有较强的敏化作用,结合流动注射技术,以快速监测水中的Cr(Ⅲ)作为本科生实验课题;将科研中一些成熟的方法引入到化学仪器分析实验教学中,由学生自己动手,摸索仪器与实验条件,提高学生对化学仪器原理、方法、操作等的理解,探索仪器分析实验改革模式。Abstract: The course of instrumental analysis experiment is the main means to cultivate students’ performance ability. We took the instrument of Flow Injection Chemiluminescence as an example to explore the reform of instrumental analysis experiment course. Based on the obvious sensitization of potassium bromide on the chemiluminescent reaction in the system of luminol-H2O2–chromium (CrⅢ),a sensitive chemiluminescent method for fast determination of (CrⅢ) in water with flow injection technique is developed as the undergraduate students’ chemical experimental subject. Well-developed methods in scientific research are also imported into instrumental analysis experiment teaching, and students have to explore the instrument and experimental conditions by themselves.
