Practice Teaching Research on the Course Design for Unit Operations of Chemical Engineering

  • 摘要: 介绍了化工原理课程设计的特点和重要性,概述了化工原理课程设计的目标和要求,阐述了化工原理理论课程与课程设计间的关系,说明了化工原理课程设计与化工设备机械设计和化工工程设计的差别。从强化工程实践能力、提高环保节能和经济效益意识,教师队伍的建设和业务能力的提高,题目的设计和盲选组织,课件制作和课程指导书的编制选用,计算机及其软件的应用,辅导和监控工作,考核方式的改进等诸多方面详细论述了提高化工原理课程设计质量的方法,指出了改进化工原理课程设计的方法,为化工原理课程设计水平和效果的提高提供了帮助。

     

    Abstract: The characteristics and the importance of the course design for unit operations of chemical engineering were introduced barely, the goal and the demand of the course design for unit operations of chemical engineering were summarized. The relation of the course design and unit operations of chemical engineering was expatiate, the differences of the course design for unit operations of chemical engineering, mechanical design of chemical equipment and chemical engineering design were explained. Many aspects, such as strengthening of the project practice ability, consciousness improvement of environmental protection, energy saving and economic benefit, the development of teachers, the comprehensive professional ability of teachers, the design of exercise problems, the organization for aimless selection, the fabrication of courseware and instruction, the application of computer and softwares, the works of tutorship and supervisory control, and the improvement of assessment method, etc. were discussed to improve the quality of the course design for unit operations of chemical engineering, and the improvement methods for the course design for unit operations of chemical engineering were indicated, which provided help for the improvement of design level and effect.
