  • 摘要: DNA变性聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳在现代生物技术中的地位十分重要,但在实验中,聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳的操作难度比较大,影响因素比较多,耗时比较长。为了使DNA变性聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳适合于实验教学,对聚丙烯酰胺凝胶垂直板电泳技术相关操作流程进行了研究和探索,对实验进行了改进和优化。改进和优化后的实验操作简易、详细,试剂配方更合理,成功率得到提高,学生能在4学时内完成,为进行实验教学提供了基本条件。

     

    Abstract: Status of DNA denaturing polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis is very important in modern biological technology, but polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis operation is difficult, affected by many factors, time-consuming. In order to make the DNA denaturing polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis adapt to experimental teaching, the vertical polyacrylamide electrophoresis technology related operation process is researched, and the experiment is improved and optimized. The improved and optimized experimental operation tends to be convenient, detailed, high success rate, less time-consuming, and reagent formula is more reasonable, which provide a basic condition for experimental teaching.
