Abstract: The theory of “optimization of teaching process” from Baban J Ki provides the optimization of teaching methods for Chinese private education which is in the exploration and the methods are particularly suitable and very practical for the teaching activities whose teaching purpose is to cultivate the vocational skill. According to China's own characteristics and actual needs of the private education and taking the optical fiber communication system with SDH technology as an example, this paper applied Baban J Ki education concept in the teaching process and put forward some teaching optimization methods which were proven meaningfully to improve the teaching quality and strengthen the teaching effect.
