Abstract: College physics experiment course is an important foundation courses for engineering students, physics laboratory is an important place for the implementation of the University's teaching college physics experiment. Combining the characteristics of college physics experiment's teaching and the special status in laboratory's construction and management of Huanghe Science and Technology College (HHSTU), this paper analyzes the problems in laboratory teaching and management in private universities. We put forward a number of reform measures in private colleges physical experiment teaching and management, in order to improve the efficiency of college physics experiment teaching, stimulate student interest in the experiment and strengthen practical ability.
